The feat of the Ukrainian aces gave rise to the legend of the Ghost of Kiev, MiG-29 pilot, who, in the first 30 hours of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, won 6 air victories in the sky over the capital: he shot down two Su-35, two Su-25, Su-27 and MiG-29.
